At SchillingBridge, we roll the highest quality domestic and imported malted barley and other cereal grains, mix them with Pawnee County’s own pure water, and add some of the world’s finest hops. The result is an exceptional flavor profile that makes up the macro tastes of our signature micro brews. 70 SchillingBridge is a traditional Scottish “70 Shilling” Ale developed in a brewery in Scotland especially for us! The flavor starts with a light caramel-like sweetness and ends with smooth maltiness. It is medium-bodied and rich in color. Truly a must-try beer!
